With over 15 years in the culinary industry, I have honed my skills in a variety of cuisines, from French fine dining to Asian fusion and New American cuisine. My journey began in some of the first steak and sushi establishments in Long Island, New York, and later in a renowned French fine dining restaurant in Long Island City. However, my true passion has always been Mexican cuisine—it runs through my veins.

In 2012, I left the fast-paced life of New York City to start a new chapter in Connecticut. With a dream of owning my own business and the unwavering support of my wife and business partner, that dream became a reality in 2017 with the launch of Fuego Picante Food Truck.

At Fuego Picante, we bring a fresh and innovative take on Mexican cuisine, prioritizing quality and freshness in every dish. We refuse to compromise—we use only the finest ingredients, cook everything to order, and never rely on microwaves.

The road hasn’t been easy, but through hard work, dedication, and the incredible support of my wife, we have built a successful business. We are deeply grateful to those who believed in us from the beginning and to all our loyal customers who continue to support us on this journey.
